I’m thirty-something, but still feel twenty-something. I’m married to my best friend and we have four children... who are cats. I'm curvy and sarcastic and rather candid with my feelings. I wear my heart on my sleeve, which is sometimes a bad thing, but mostly a good thing. I'm a listener and a problem solver and an over-achiever. I'm a vegetarian, an animal lover and a pro-recycler. And I LOVE what I do. I’m full of more ideas than I can write down and I expect to complete them all in my lifetime.

I love most things vintage and collect more than I should. If I could own a unicorn, I would. I love 90s music and fashion from the 20s. I am a very organized person, but will continuously misplace my phone and keys. I love scary movies and eat chocolate at least twice a day to keep myself sane. I stumble a lot when I shoot and think faster than I can talk. I love working with people and getting to know their story. And I love being able to tell that story… with an image. I want to be your best friend for a few hours and share who you are with the world. This isn't just a career to me, this isn't just photography to me... it's art. I hope to make your images pieces of art as well.

Have I been published... yes. Have I won awards... yes. Do I have a degree in photography... yes. Does any of that really matter to you... probably not. You won't think I am more cool or tell your friends about me because of those things (even if I wish you would). And you won't make your decision to hire me based on that list. And I don't want you to. I want you to LOVE my work of course, but more so, I want you to feel you can trust me. I want you to see part of yourself in me and feel comfortable knowing... I get it. I don't want to just show up and take photos of you... I want to hang out while I take amazing pictures with you.
